Happy Birthday Giacomo – Toronto Area Cake Smash
Giacomo is ONE! I have seen bits an pieces of this little fellow’s life on social media, as his Grandmother is a friend of mine. It was such a pleasure to finally meet the little gentleman in person!
Does he not have the most charming and infectious smile?!
This one makes me giggle because it totally looks like he is posing for a GAP ad ?
So the cake portion was exactly a hit. This is pretty much his reaction to that entire idea. I kind of thing these screaming pictures are going to end up being favourites 5 years from now. I liken it to the Santa pictures where the kid is diving off his lap with terror in their eyes. In that moment we all want a sweet portrait of our little angel with the big guy in red… 5 years later though we ALL laugh and laugh at those hilarious outtake pictures.
What made me laugh is that Grandma told me he had the same reaction to his cake at the party, but then that night when everyone was gone he swiped a big handful and happily started eating it ?
Thankfully when the cake fails the bath is almost always a hit! Giacomo was completely adorable splashing around in the bubble bath and loved the rubber ducky!
A big thank you to Grandma for setting it all up and to Mom and Dad for letting me help celebrate Giacomo’s big day! It was so nice to meet you all!
