Durham Region Family Photography

 

Recently I had the oppourtunity to meet and work with the wonderful family. It rained, it cleared, it rained, it cleared and in between we created beautiful portraits!  So glad they were will to stick it out and work around the weather, it made for such gorgeous tones!

As most people who follow the blog may have noticed, I am a huge fan of colour and very rarely do black and white. For some reason though I am absolutely loving the black and white on these outdoor images. So much dimension!

This was a beautiful little spot in Aurora. A little out of the way for me, but I would go back for sure – totally worth it for all of the pretty scenery and neat little buildings.

This little miss is a total super star, and she has an AWESOME name to boot! (Anya 😉 ) Lots of cute smiles, but this one totally grabs me. Such a connection, and such amazing eyes on this little sweetie. 

Seriously had so much fun working with this group! You just never know what you are going to get with little ones, but they were all full of smiles and so cooperative.

How cute are these two?! Little troopers being SO patient for almost the entire photoshoot. Lovely little ladies!

And of course, finally we have the grandparents and their gorgeous grandbabies! Such an amazing picture for the family to have with everyone together 🙂
