Baby Sammar – Durham Region Family Photographer

That HAIR though. That thought pretty much went through my head the entire time I was working on Sammy’s images. She is just a little living doll – I don’t think she could be any more perfect.

This session was originally supposed to be in studio, but with the weather being SO beautiful lately her Mom and I made a last minute switch and decided on an outdoor session instead. I am so glad that we did, because the results were stunning. (Sammy is part of the Baby Steps program, so we can take gorgeous indoor portraits at her next session instead!)

The weather has been so warm recently and we were blessed with beautiful overcast lighting making for gorgeous rich colours. Sammar was amazing and so tolerant of our antics while we changed her in and out of one adorable outfit after another and put her into all kinds of props. She is such a good natured little soul!

The expression on her face kills me here, haha. Don’t worry, Mama has a good hold on her baby in this one. A little bit of careful posing and a touch of photoshop magic goes a long way!

Thank you Mom for bringing her out, as always I had such a blast at this session.  I can’t wait to see her again for her 6 month session!
