Baby Evan – Durham Newborn Photos

One of my favourite parts of photographing newborns is hearing about the path that their parents walked to get them here. For some it is a a whirlwind, or a suprise, others take longer or need a little bit of help getting her. Some stories are funny, some make you cry, but all of the stories include love, and all of the stories include magic – and it is wonderful to hear. This little man’s story included lots of magic – he is a magical little miracle that was clearly meant to arrive here in his parent’s arms!

Isn’t he sweet? He looks a ton like Daddy I think…

This little man has some gorgeous eye lashes. Why do the boys always get such beautiful lashes?!

Mom had seen this shot somewhere and wanted it so badly, but little Evan was just not having it! Thankfully at the last second we managed to get him off to sleep and capture it for her. Love it!
