I am so delighted to share that during my little “vacation” over the last month and a half we welcomed our daughter into the world! Elise was born at home during a huge snow storm on December 11th, and weighed 9lbs 12oz. We are all so completely and utterly in love with her, and have been enjoying this quiet (not actually quiet, there are now 3 boys and a newborn in the house 😉 ) time getting to know our latest addition.

My little man is pretty thrilled about being a big brother. (Although this was THE hardest I have ever had to work in my life to get “the shot”, Peyton wanted no part in this that day!) He loves to introduce her to everyone, and loves to make sure everyone knows how cute she is 🙂

This beautiful hat was made just for Elise by a dear friend of mine from Noa’s Knits – she makes adorable props for newborn photographers, as well as beautiful every day items!

Such a mellow little lady, she really isn’t bother by much. We are so blessed!

I can’t even believe how fast these past weeks have flown by, I swear it goes quicker with the second baby. As much as I hate being away from my littles, I am also excited to be back to work… This is when you know you picked the right job – you look forward to going back to work 😉
