Baby Carter – Durham Baby Pictures

This adorable guy is the epitome of “small but mighty”.  He is just a wee little thing at all of about 5lbs (and that is after he doubled his birth weight!) but man is he strong, and determined! We ended up with tons of beautiful pictures of him, but in the beginning he definitely had me questioning how many poses we were going to be able to get. Each time I would place him the way I wanted he would just grunt and move back the way HE wanted 😉

Finally, when we got to this pose and I folded him up nice and tight, just like in Mommy’s tummy, he relaxed and got into a nice deep sleep.

This is his sweet protector and future best friend I am sure. An amazing dog, who was completely terrified to come into the studio and then passed out within minutes of arriving and then helped me out with some white noise, aka snoring.

I love these ones of Carter in his Mom’s hands. It shows just how tiny he still is – so adorable.
