Baby Colton – Ajax Newborn Photographer

I had such a lovely time creating portraits for Colton’s Mom and Dad! They are these lovely, chill people who came in with some much love for their baby and just seemed to be enjoying the entire ride.

One of my favourite parts of this session was hearing about how Mom and Dad met. I absolutely love to hear people’s stories, so I typically ask how long they have known each other or where they met. I honestly just love LOVE. It brings me so much joy, and I will always be a sucker for a good sappy chick flick. When I asked these two how long they had known each other, the answer caught me off guard – since she was born. Turns out that they were neighbours and their parents were friends. He knew her and held her as a baby, and then his family moved away and lost tough. It wasn’t until year and years later when they started dating and introduced each other to their parents that they ended up putting it together that they had known each other as children. I love it!

So much joy!
