Happy Family Day everyone!! Hope that you are all taking some well deserved time off to spend with those you love 🙂 I am going to post this blog and then take the rest of the day off to go hang out with a fabulous photographer friend from Bunch We Lunch Photography to ride and photograph my sister’s horse. Woohoo! (Haven’t been on a horse in months, but I am missing it!)

I thought in keeping with the spirit of family day I would share a recent fav family session! This Mama is actually a fabulous photographer herself (see her work here), but wanted some nice images of her and Max together. Alas the problem with being the photographer in the family is that you are almost never IN the pictures… Our little buddy wasn’t feeling particularly fabulous that day so we had a little bit of work to do, but the smiles eventually came and when they did they were completely adorable 🙂

It is always super flattering when another photographer trusts you to create their precious portraits! (and a little nerve wracking…) Thank you to the whole family for coming in to play!
